Bill Hurt has 23 years of experience in refinery operations, project management, and chemical engineering. He has specific expertise in the areas of petroleum hydroprocessing, hydrocracking, delay coking, CCR and semi-regen reforming, crude/vac distillation and Fcc/alkylation. Bill has served as lead process design engineer, technical service coordinator, and head of capital projects for a leading U.S. refining company.

Expertise of CFO Andrew Baird

Andrew served as top career official at the U.S. international broadcaster Voice of America, with permanent and contract employees numbering over 2,500. As chief of staff acting in 2001-2002, he was in charge of daily operations at the agency, including personnel, news gathering and transmission. He helped spearhead several staff realignments at the VOA, and subsequently served as executive director for two major USG media initiatives abroad. From 1978-1982, Andrew was a reporter for Fortune in New York City.
